Forward Movement

Aries season is coming upon us.

Since delving into astrology over the past 5 years, I’ve observed the shifts I feel as I transition from one astrological season to the next.

My best is my own, Libra season. I always feel a strong sense of self but in a light, fun, and freeing way.

My hardest is Scorpio season. I always end up deep diving into hard and complicated emotions. It’s a heavy, weighted time for me every year.

I dread Cancer season because it inevitably unglues others around me in a way that brings conflict and drama for me to manage.

There are also the four weather seasons and how they affect me. I’ve taken them into consideration as I’ve observed the impacts of the astrological season changes. Overall, Autumn through Winter is oppressive to me, Spring through Summer is liberating. However, I have observed (more intentionally this year) the change in energy as I/we transition from one sign to the next. It is palpable, sometimes stark.

This year, I’m thinking of Aries season as my more authentic start of a new year rather than the western, ‘New Year’ on January 1st. I feel the shift of that season coming on in conjunction with the coming of Spring and it feels really good.
