Miasma

Subtitle: Nonmonogamy for Dummies

The word ‘miasma’ was used this morning. Truthfully, I’m not sure I’d ever heard it before today. It’s a lovely sounding word. It’s fun to say, but

I’ve had a lot to work through lately.
I’ve been silent here because I have nothing but pain to report and reporting it would expose other’s shit to the world, creating a miasma not conducive to, hopefully, becoming better.

Miasma isn’t a lovely or fun word to experience.

I’m not going to detail it … right now. However, if I continue to get disrespected and disregarded, I will — viciously, savagely — and with equal or greater disregard and disrespect than I’ve been shown.

“Be honest with me, or I will be honest with everyone else.”

But to be honest, one has to first be honest with oneself then, be willing to speak your truth and let others decide for themselves how much involvement in your path they want to have.
